we have a 'person' on here that is HELL BENT on dissing our investment. I don't need to say who it is, you can look at topics and posts to see what I mean. But that's not the point of this post. My questions are this:

1) We are all invested, rite?

2) We all want fruition?

3) No one knows a rate or date, rite?

4) No one REALLY knows of an RV or .... the other thing...?

5) We all want to visualize a REAL situation where this pays out 10 fold... or more ... hehehe, rite?

6) Even if you are a math genius, you don't actually know what the deal will be.... rite?

So why can't this be a positive site and lean towards everyone coming out with wealth? Why can't we support one another and realize that there are OTHER investments in Iraq - not JUST the IQD... Let's all just have some fun! No one is gonna "pass away" if this doesn't work out to our advantage.. and know one is going to be a GOD if it does... so let's all just kick back and enjoy life... That's all I have to say...

Peace and Hugs to all invested...

Alex

I agree with you. I am new to this site and already it's making me wish I hadn't even joined..We all want one thing and that's for it to RV..Why all the bashing and putting people down? all the negativity. People post things and really don't know what they are talking about and some don't post links..I know we have to kick back and enjoy the ride, but we must be balanced at the same time. Anyone that is here to just put other's down trying to make themselves look big needs to leave..What some don't understand is that the newbies are learning and asking questions and it gets confusing with so much garbage posted... Now....don't anyone fuss...just sayin in Louisiana...

There are three or four members on here who have done their homework and come up with a different, educated OPINION. Which one are you trying to bash? Peace and hugs!

While agree that everyone should get an education, I believe that OPINIONS are exactly how you wrote it... OPINIONS.... NOW my question is: why come onto a 'dinar invested' site and tell EVERYONE how they are pipe dreaming and not going to get what they expect to get? Why? What is the motive? What is the reason?

It's just food for thought, Alex. If you don't like it, don't read it.

The 'reaction' is exactly what most people who post on this site are looking for whether you believe one way or another.

The person in question raises some good questions (points), ones that you, Alex, have not come close to addressing. Others have been better at addressing dissenting 'concerns'.

Give it a rest for Christ sake!

The main "problem" is not the differences of opinions on the forum whether friendly or not.

BUT the difference between what the forum members want and what Iraq wants.

And of course, whether lopster or not, all the forum members want the same thing, an RV. But what does Iraq want?

Currency stability.

No, actually the difference is the maturity level of the person posting.

Alex38, I totally agree with you. It's one thing to have an opinion but I've seen rude posts and comments that are "my way or the highway" (hmmm, heard that a lot phrase earlier this week from the white house. Lol). Maybe, a new section will be formed titled "Naysayers, Nasty Comments and Negativity!.

So does all of this mean it's going to LOP? Just kidding, we were joking earlier on another thread about how almost every thread ends with the LOP vs NO LOP arguement. It hadn't started in this thread, so thought I would help it out a bit. Just in case we all aren't completely sick and tired of discussing it.

Agreed!

They do have that section, it's called Rumors.

It is not a matter of what anyone THINKS Iraq wants. It's a matter of what Iraq keeps saying it wants.

And that is: Currency stability.

This is true but not all inclusive. You have to step back and ask why you initially invested. Some investors..go beyond just a lotto ticket mentality. Will spare you my paragraph on the turn of events in my life and poliltical reasoning on why I elected to pursue investigating this investment. Some initially who began positive over the 7 years became Naysayers out of frustration.....I understand if they invested outside lotto mentality. EG. What does Iraq want and RVrs are implied as greedy? Some get tired of that when you consider...

The military solicited US to invest in Iraq? Why? Because its what US wants too. Not just Iraq. US...us.. needs to be compensated too.

We were investors before we bought our first dinar by out tax dollars then, now and in to be in the future.

Billions of those tax dollars lost with no explanation.

Some invested, friends and family who never got to say good bye, to those serving and not returning...so that the country may flourish.

and continue to do so.

Some invested in this country who is in debt and watch another country asking and receiving forgiveness of theirs.

in addition, Some people in other countries outside USA but also holding dinar, invest in forgiving Iraq for the damage that Sadam era did.

Some are tired of trying to understand where they are in their investment and pour over the most repetitive and conflicting articles regarding their currency, when other topics and status are very well articulated. All aware of the speculation interest.

Some see no RV in sight and become naysayers when they see the same people working to become respected and a democratic country, ask to be protected, ask for help in putting them on track, ask for security while doing it...then demand the US aren't welcome.

****This morning on Up to the Minute, I watched some of our troops risking their lives...making videos for prospective employment upon their return...I watched soldiers interviewed, who have returned and can not find employment and one solider said. regarding his service efforts..I'm asking myself what was the purpose.

What are the ramifications for our military future. when another generation watches this interview and can't see the reasoning to serve and when its all about what another country wants?

We care about the people of Iraq....we should care about the people also starving at home who are investing in more ways then one as well.

People want to see a return for all to reinvest here as well as Iraq and have little patience for corruption, dragging feet to collect even a little bit more. Not all, but some Naysayers may have been, at one time one of the strongest RV..ers.

For some, its not a simple black and white investment- for some its patriotic and often at times get negative when some invest with more interest in mind. ..and thats not even touching..."Its happened cash in on Monday" which makes it even that more offensive.

So is the noble thing to do..to focus only on what Iraq wants and this is All about Iraq?

Yes it is...which happens to include USA and every other person who has invested in one way or another. Its ok if one saw only a lotto side...but I think we should be mindful, that there be many reasons some have lost patience and become naysayers having invested in more then the lotto.

One more thing..I am predominantly positive and love playing , If you're happy and you know it......but don't think for a moment that there isn't a time that I and others can get impatient. pesaamistic for a moment, wondering if this will ever happen ...

and for those who insist on accepting no less than 100% happy, think beyond 1 reason why someone might be raining on their RV parade that day... and know someone, somewhere has sacrificed their life, or limb or hungry, unemployed people and Iraqi people too naysaying over the dynamics...are investing to make this a possibility to begin with.

Ok..I'm done..

Will be back when I'm a little happier.

I don't think the primary difference between a poster such as myself (or a handful of other posters, which I won't name out of respect for themselves, that advocate positions similar to my own), and posters such as Alex38, isn't negativity vs. positivity. It's realistic vs. non realistic. It's informed vs. uninformed.

Excellent post....another one that should be pinned and required reading!
