Basically he states that the US has completed what they needed to complete, Iraq has done the same! Iraq is stating they need to do this imediately! And to be on the lookout at any moment. He states that it could happen today, tomorrow....at any time! Basically dont dwell on the rumors....but watch the news coming out, and rely on the facts. God Bless!

Phoenix also said that the "trigger" he stated several days ago is still in effect and is looking more and more like it is happening the way he figured it would. This being based on the person who wagered a "Billion dollars" that the dollar would devalue. Now, according to sources at least one smaller agency has dropped the dollar from it's AAA status to AA, and China has downgraded the dollar from A+ to A rating. This doesn't look good for the dollar, but whoever risked a Billion probably knew what they were doing. The markets don't have to move much in a hedge that large for the person to come out way on top. So in Phoenix's opinion what he was looking for has already happened and so he feels there is nothing left to hinder the RV from happening. Lets hope he's right. GO RV Already Baby!!!

Although, they have been saying for years that it could happen today, tomorrow or at any time. So this doesn't really mean anything. When it happens, it happens!

All you need to do is check cbi.iq daily. When it happens, it will happen there first, and then spead out to the likes of forex and other world markets.
