So, Hmmm need to make money, so what can we rake up. I know an Ex Princess about to marry? a muslim Now we know she had close! friends, riding instructor,rugby player, but we can brush all that under the carpet and blame the Royal family. Where and when let's do it in France with lots of the paparazzi in close attendance and let us go by a stupid route without a proper police escort. How in the name of all that's holy could anyone (sane that is) believe that it has to be the British that did this terrible thing , why not the Arab states that were not exactly happy about upsetting the status quo with the western alliance countries, why not just a stupid bloody accident. Still we might as well add another conspiracy theory on here to join all the rest.

Like mcjocky, I don't believe it was anything more than a drunk driver speeding away from the paparazzi. But you will find many of us Brits that believe that it was the Royal Family that killed her...as in the way she was treated and what she had to do to protect her family.

I'll never forget that day, I was sleeping in...when I heard the telephone ring and then the most awful scream in my life...as my mother was told that our Princess had died. I was 9 years old and that was our JFK day in Britian. We went and saw her funeral procession pass by and I remember throwing roses on the hearse. Laster, we went to the place she was living and you couldn't get within 2 blocks of it, as there were so many flowers out in front. About a week later Mother Teresa died. I couldn't believe that two of my role models had died a week apart.

Most of the UK population is quite well aware of the background to the royal family. There is an established bloodline that can be researched and documented history going back for centuries. More than can be said for some countries.
