Just read an article about the city of Gould, Arkansas. Their City counsil passed a law stating that it is illegal for any group to discuss city business without the counsils permission. they name boy scouts churches etc. the mayor said he would go to jail first before obeying this law. According city lawyer if you are sitting at your kitchen table eating supper and talking about city business you are in violations, if the mayor is giving an interview he is in violation, if you meet a friend on the street and talk you are in violation. How can this be??????

The people of that city need to jail the city counsel to teach them what freedom of speech is about,but this does fit in with the way our law system has evolved ,constantly comming out with new so called LAWS to do nothing more than steal money from the general public with the threat of incarceration.

Ok where are the people of this city and their reps in Washington? why aren't they out in the streets and and marching in front of those idiots houses and offices that want this. It can't. Morons can pass any laws they want, but if the law is unconstitutional it is worthless.

It is just another example of the type of ignorance serving as public officials.

Have you ever got into your State's web site and read through the bills proposed by some of these public officials? Most never go anywhere but it is commical to read some of the garbage some of those idiots come up with and actually try to present a bill on it to get passed into law. We really have a lot of morons as public officials and based on some of these bills they propose you could actually use that against them to get them removed or even sue them for a violation of their oath to office. They all take an oath to office and have job descriptions, yet most of them do not know what the constitution says nor what their job descriptions are, which is a violation of their oath to office.

If you take an oath to uphold and defend the constitution, and you don't even know what the constitution says, that is a violation of that oath you took. The same applies if they don't know what their job descriptions are.

Every single congressman and congresswoman and senator is guilty of this because they never follow their required job description to pass the bills they do. All these bills they passed into law are actually illegal because none of them were properly passed.

For example, they are REQUIRED to pass all bills following proper procedures as outlined in tyhe Jefferson's Manual. Every single bill MUST be read out loud in its entirety on the floor AND every congressman and senator MUST be present and seated during this reading AND this MUST be done 3 times on 3 separate days. IF there are any objections and changes made to the bill after any of these 3 readings, then the entire process MUST start over again where the bill MUST be read out loud in its entirety 3 times on 3 separate days. They CANNOT wave the reading of any bill.

In fact, they no longer even pass these bills and are passing them through commitees which they are NOT allowed to do!

When is the last time you have ever seen them read any bill out loud on the floor in its entirety even ONCE, muchless 3 times?

Until they get through the entire 3 readings on 3 separate days without any objections or changes made to the bill, THEN, AND ONLY THEN, are they allowed to vote on the bill to pass it.

Whether any of them vote for or against or present does not matter. They are all still guilty of not upholding their job description just by participating in any vote when the bill never got through 3 entire readings on 3 separate days without any objections or changes to the bill made.

And all these earmarks they slip into these bills are also illegal. There CANNOT be ANYTHING else added to any bill. EACH item MUST be presented in its own separate bill in order for it to be legal.

So if they want to slip in $3 million to make a tunnel under a street for the turtles to cross without having to walk across the road, that MUST be presented in its own separate bill, which MUST be read on the floor out loud in its entirety 3 times on 3 separate days BEFORE they can vote on it to pass it.

This is why anyone can come in and put out a 14th amendment bounty (dead or alive) on each and everyone of them to go after eacxh of them and take everything they own to used to pay back the public debt THEY CREATED through all their unlawful acts by illegally passing them. This means all their homes, cars, boats, bank accounts, stocks, retirements, etc, etc. EVERYTHING they have can be taken from them and sold so the money can be used to pay back all this public debt they created.

We have a team of legal researches that have all the documented evidence of all this and they have went to congress and pointed this all out to them and they all are aware of this. When this was pointed out to them their faces turned white as a ghost! LOL

Soooooooo....I wonder of ole Dog the Bounty Hunter would be up to the task to go collect on these bounties? LOL
