Thanks for the answers fellas....this one guy that works with me has like 50 MIL in his IQD account and says I don't need to keep anything in my USD account. Im going to leave it there anyways...lets see what happens. I'm not going to take the risk. Not going to be greedy either...

what's another $150 converted into dinars anyways??? haha 175,200 dinars? RV at $3.00? hmm.... $525,000 USD...

just kidding I'm not going to risk it.

Good move! I wouldn't risk it either... here is an email that I got back from Warka, which mentions the minimum:

Dear Sir,

Our customer services department confirms the credit of your funds in the amount USD $ 465 which will be exchanged maintaining the minimum balance in your USD account $150.

ur e-banking department will issue your online login details deducting the annual subscription fee from your account IQD 15000.

Once the annual fee has been deducted the login details will be issued by our e-banking team.

i think that is just the opening minimum that you need in order to fund your account. i wire money into my usd account then transfer it right away into my iqd account. i don't keep a minimum in my usd account. i don't think it is a problem.
