Your guess is as good as mine. I haven't seen meetings posted on Iraq for a while. Probably good.

How does this effect the RV?

UNAMI holds the key to sanctions against Iraq. If UNAMI releases all sanctions, Iraq moves out of Chapter VII. Previous talk had been that UNAMI was going to be dissolved by July 28 which would mean that sanctions had been resolved. Now there's questions about continuing it for 1 more year. Who knows?
