So many ministers called today with a positive word to us from all over the world – I say thanks so much for understanding why we are going to take a break from the conference calls due to medical reasons. We serve with a purpose we are not here on purpose. We are here about God’s work. For now we are being lead to take time off after August to take care of some personal needs that can’t be delayed any longer… There is no more intel to tell you – its done and we are waiting for this RV to manifest. Thank you for understanding and for being a part of this ministry.

Frankly Speaking Intel Conference Call Schedule Change:

Week of July 18 – 21st Mon – Thursday 7:30pm – regular schedule

Week of July 26th we will take that week of completely OFF due to medical appointments if the blessing has not come by then.

Month of August, 1st, 8th, 15th 22nd and the 29th intel call starts at 7:30 – 8:30 eastern time

After August Intel Calls will cease - Bible studies on Tuesday will continue.

Question: Today a conf call intel report came via an elected official stating he can confirm that the Iraq Dinar and its usage to help the debt crisis is a part of the current negotiations and it all would be made known once the crisis settled. Obama stated on TV that he would NOT let this issue not go past August 2nd without settlement. Do you see the Dinar RV delay as a part of this?

Question: Is the budget officially open? If so why have we not seen the rate? It would have to have been published in the gazette for all to see – there is no proof its officially open but unofficially it has been open as they have been using it all year thus far to run the goi and sign contracts…rates have only been seen on contracts thus far – we have heard $1.40 to $5.25 from bank sources but now my teams so no rates on the screen

Question: There seems to be confusion to exactly WHERE are the new lower denoms that are to be used for Iraqs currency – are they in ATMs, peoples hands or in safe keeping in the bank for the RV to take place? Frank states they have to educate the he people then release the rate and release the lower denoms and then release the public…. Some old ones are out but not the ones to replace the 3 zeros thus far…

Question: AZMontana asks: Is it true the IQD is now backed by gold, and if so how does that affect the value of their currency versus oil? and Follow up... How does this impact the TIMING of the RV? Thanks Delta states: gold backing is not confirmed yet – only backed to the dollar thus far – the $250 billion they have they can support this RV.

Question: is the HCL and CH7 done and is this holding up the RV – NO says Frank - Delta says the HCL is not passed yet and the problem was how to conduct new contracts from now on so minor issues were there but the OIL and Gas committee has made some revisions and sent them to the Shanstani for former oil minister from long time ago to review and just today he said he likes it and it will pass- next step is for Maliki and cabinet to sign this then back to parliament to pass the law to ratify the HCL.

Delta states Chapter 7 says the part that has to deal with the currency our investment is LIFTED – on December 15th the UNSC lifted the sanctions on the economy and they have new relations between Kuwait and Iraq- the confusion has nothing to do with the Dinars – the revalue will still have some issue pending but that will not be a negative factor – the Chapter 7 issues are not holding this up and the MOU and provisions states that Iraq is still obligated to finish what Kuwait wants - so that is the part that’s is still there… Kuwait and Iraq has to report every 6 months on their status between them. The portion of Chapter 7 released by UNSC is the part dealing with the investment, Delta says it is a done deal as they were allowed to restrict the 2 new state banks. So see that portion is our of Chapter 7 – the Iraq Dinars can’t go international till they revalue…Delta states that the holdup is the USA and today in Iraq from high officials they confirmed to me again the USA is the hold up

Delta states in 2004 we can’t hide the dinar anymore – 10 million people KNOW about the dinar but 3% did invest… in 2004 when the CBI stated the new denoms that we all have in our possession they had no dollars – so the USA GOV offered the CBI $5 billion dollars to start business and they bought dinars a long time ago…5 billion dinars are about 7 Trillion Dinars and google shows this as fact – and the USA helped the CBI by buying these dinars then. The republican and democrats are arguing today – and the Authors of the Plan are republican and the democrats are trying to erase the debt ceiling with no money- unless they know there is money and they can support that – the rep do not want to give the whatever they want – but the US Gov can control or delay a bit about the revalue – they can’t control Iraq inflation and its increasing every month and they can’t control by August 2nd or before they US will be defaulted on their payment and 1st time in US history they will file bankruptcy that will not happen – Pres O can give the executive order to give green light to do this – the USA devalued the dinars in the first place long ago and the USA has the same power to Revalue the dinars- example Delta states that his high source just today told him that Shabibi was to RI-RV on June 29th - 30th but it was held up by the USA – on the 30th of June in the last 24 hours, they got a call to hold this off by the USA the IMF WB and monetary policy equals the USA so USA is in control – Shabibi is not the trigger puller the USA is – so President O – please let the RI-RV go – the executive order awaits the President’s word to say GO – DebTarHeelGirl added: Attention prayer warriors we have strategic prayer specifics here – the “USA” is the hold up..

Iran situation says Frank but be aware – an FBI agent today called me and we discussed this issue and many more – Iran is not to be feared with this investment – yes they are getting their pea shooters and straws and they are aggravating the border of Iraq and Iran and not to be feared. Do not fear that Iran will take over Iraq.

Frank states: Tariffs taxes start on the 15th - the logic of charging taxes is to have a % of tax that is owed – based on 1170 rate now they will loose a lot of money- based on a tax scale that is “hid” then they can’t start charging at the current rate of the currency but we will see what happens tomorrow,.

Delta states: that Maliki is going to China for 3 days next week and he said when Maliki went to So Korea and struck an IOU deal last year well today Korea announced they will back out on their contract as they do not want to get paid later – they want to build 100,000 units and other projects they promise SK that we would give you an IOU and now So Korea do not want to do that they will back out on deal – so M is going to China to get the same contract with China to get them to agree with a Pay you later contract as they have no money to pay them some countries are not accepting this type of IOU… That’s pressure to revalue the currency as they are still losing contracts even tho they are wealthy in oil revenues – they need this dinar to support and pay the contracts… the USA has to do this for the sake of everything…China will probably accept the IOU as they have the biggest oil contract right now in Iraq – Chinese almost own everything and the Chinese restaurants are packed in Baghdad as shown on their TV… Iraq GOI has NO MONEY so they need to RV - the people have no money to buy anything.

Frank stated: From 1991 to 1999 the economy of Japan exploded and Asian theater did well and Japan and china came to USA to buy all they could and in the 90’s they went to Hawaii and built the hotels there and in 1999 they abandoned in the crisis and didn’t pay their taxes and they now go to Iraq to take over and buy everything… copied the USA in the oil contracts buying them too…

Delta stated: President Obama said when he first got elected that by end of his 4 years his deficit will be cut in half – how can he do this high amount without the Dinar revalue?

Frank stated: IF you write any letter to any elected official – WRITE TO PRESIDENT OBAMA telling him he needs to RV the currency for the people of Iraq as they are suffering so badly.

We are still on High alert – Iraq has finished everything and THOSE in control have to just say GO – we will know when the rate is announced then the last part of Chapter 7 will be released and the IMF is the US and the USA is in control as the president has the final say and we are waiting for him to make the right decisions….

The GOV of Iraq does not have a back up currency- and the contracts being made now on IOU will be paid out in less than 3-4 years to pay these out and have some surplus money to have to rebuild – the US is providing them all the funds now but they need the currency to rebuild the country. They need at least 1 trillion dollars to begin to rebuild…

What about August 2nd date for default – do not panic the default goes past August or many months but it would create some very serious calamities and collapse. Its important we need this but its not pending on this – we do not know the date or rate but we know that Shabibi is nor a liar and he wants to pass out the lower denoms and was stopped on June 30th from doing this and they are DONE and the USA gave them permission on Dec 2010 to do this – so we are waiting.

3 The USA stopped them in the 11th hour of the 30th of June

4 The Debt Ceiling is not the hold up – the RI-RV has just been set aside

5 No more extensions on debt as August 2nd is debt deadline.

6 Iraq is losing contracts due to current due IOU’s can’t be paid,

7 We do believe that this is the month of July for the RI-RV – SUDDENLY JULY

8 The Democrats and Republicans will come to an agreement

9 The RI-RV is in the hands of Pres O – this is how we are to direct our prayers.

Sometimes, trying to read thru a Frank Chat is like trying to drink from a fire-hose.

He puts a lot of info and thoughts out there.

I'm kinda surprised that he didn't directly mention the Holiday in conjunction with the regular 2 Bank days off this weekend.

He usually picks up on when there is a 3 Day Holiday since Shabibi has mentioned before that he required 3 Days to RV.

There is another Thread in this Section by tjmunson about the 3 Day Holiday.

I was expecting Frank to mention something since he Hyped a Rumor in his Intel Call last Nite about M + S making an announcement between the 14th and the 17th about Iraq going International.

Maybe our Boy Frankie needs to stick to a tighter Script instead of Talking about Hotels in Hawaii etc., etc. Lol !

I read Frank for entertainment....its a good way to start a day. Especially when he states that the rate is shown on contracts...simply put...it just doesn't work that way and anyone that has had government contracts knows this...yet its still a fun read oddly enough.
