and also Dukascopy is also back up and running, still seems a little strange that both went off then came back on the same day i didnt think these 2 sites were connected, one in the USA and the other in Switzerland, maybe someone out there may know if they are connected in any way, or maybe just a plain coincidence

Bloomburg currency converter still says IQD:CUR data is not available, and it has said that all day. Check it out;

It worked for me just now too. It must be fluctuating. I will try again in a little while.

I just tried it again; and again it is not working. Whats up with that?

These converters maybe working again but the rate trackers are still not changing. Rate tracker change every minute with every buy, sale, swap, any movement, on any day, at any time. its usually just a few cents of a dollars worth of movement because of the amount I have it tracking but for two days now the rate has not moved. Any one know why?

The reason the rates have stay the same for 2 days is due to the fact that the Forex markets worldwide are closed. In the US they shut down Friday at 3:00 (EST) and do not re-open until Sunday around 6:00pm EST. All markets are then technically open 24/7 for 5 days a week.
