UN updated the operational rates

Yes. The UN rate will follow the CBI posting.

To my understanding they have to update tonight which they did for line 25 others and no Iraq These new rates will go into affect on June 30

The UN will not reflect any update until the official announcement from CBI.

Well if they posted the new rates for all the currencies, people would just buy all the currencies that were increasing in value. I don't think it makes sense that they would post the new rates ahead of time.

Do you really think they will give you a 2 day notice of what the rate will be before it goes into effect? Besides, they can always have an off cycle rate change.

Exactly....But this is somehow twisted to make it appear as though those currencies RV'ed... And also when they say that about 170 Countries will RV in 2011.... Not really ... It's the same thing.
