Why hasn't the CBI updated their rates from June 27th? Shouldn't they be on Wednesday now?

Some are saying "holiday for 2 days there" now...but so far, outside of people claiming that, I have seen nothing to support that being factual

I think that email only applied to Warka. I haven't seen anything either where CBI was on holiday.

i've seen them go 4/5 days without updating, and then, all of a sudden, there it is... the dreaded 1170!!!!!

This holiday is a MUSLIM religious holiday that isn't generally observed by all Muslims. So...it isn't of HUGE importance to everyone in Iraq.
