Check the UN Operational Exchange Rates.... Look at the IQD history

It has Re-valued at several times within "ONE YEAR"

Albeit small changes, but overall an increase in value....

Also, remember Re-value can also mean De-value (See, re-value does not necessarily mean up as the idea of the word is to assess the value again).

I laugh at people who make this statement, because they are already wrong.

It has had its small R/Vs in the past, and worst-case scenario will have several small R/Vs in the future.
