Broher, I feel your frustration. The wake up call for me is that in any investment, one must have patience. I sometimes run out and then realize that the RV may or mat not happen and that anything above my initial investment will be a gift.

I appreciate your assertion but my evaluation(s) are based on "proven and known" reserves. USGS supports this without the speculative nature of DOE agendas.
