WOW I can barely breath... posted this to PD and bondlady's site... just found this it confirms Shabibi and Maliki DID meet Yesterday and DID discuss the removal of the 3 zeros and raising the value of the IQD!!!

RE: the .86 rate....I do believe this is the supplemental budget unveiled in Iraq...and that the real rate will be revealed at the announcement of the RV when the entire budget is revealed. To state the RV rate before the announcement is not something Shabbi would do.

Bank of America adding 500-plus advisers

Bank of America Corp. today said it will nearly double to more than 1,000 the number of advisers it has working with wealthier customers in bank branches and in a call center.

The hiring is part of an effort to win more business from customers with investable assets of $50,000 to $250,000. The Charlotte bank wants to offer investment advice and other banking services to this fast-growing customer segment, as it looks for more revenue from fees.

The new hires, called Merrill Edge Financial Solutions Advisers, are an outgrowth of Bank of America's 2009 Merrill Lynch acquisition, which gave the bank a much bigger wealth management operation. For years, banks have tried to win more investment business from traditional banking customers.

Forum achieves goals on financial safety net system, development agenda

The Seoul G-20 Summit ended yesterday with leaders of the world’s most influential economies trying to paper over widening cracks in the global economy caused by a threatened “currency war” and rising trade protectionism.

The leaders agreed to produce “indicative guidelines” by June 30, 2011, to assess and correct current account imbalances that have fueled a round of competitive devaluations by some of the world’s leading economies.

President Lee Myung-bak said at a news conference that the world “is out of the so-called currency war” for the time being as the G-20 nations agreed to a temporary truce and support the concept of market-determined exchange rates.

In addition, they pledged to revive the Doha round of multilateral trade liberalization talks and reach a deal next year in an effort to head off trade protectionism.
