Plan to increase the value of the dinar against the dollar and the deletion of three zeroes

Finance Ministry has prepared a plan to increase the value of the dinar against the dollar and then delete the three zeroes from the dinar's value to contribute to the advancement of the Iraqi economy during the coming period with the Iraqi central bank denied the rumors making the dollar worth 1000 dinars and said in a statement issued by the Ministry of Finance:, the Minister Baqir Jabr said During his recent visit to the Jordanian capital Amman, said the CBI chagrin financially estimated $ 22 billion and three tons of gold intended to support the Iraqi dinar. He said that successful fiscal policy pursued in Iraq have contributed to increasing the value of the Iraqi dinar against the dollar, noting that the dollar exchange rate dropped significantly during the current year, stressing that all efforts will be channeled to the deletion of three zeros from the value of the dinar.

On the other hand denied the authoritative source in the Iraqi Central Bank rumors making the dollar worth 1000 dinars, or a change denominations or raise zeros from the current currency.

He said in a press statement that the bank has been following with great interest the phenomenon of low demand for the dollar in the local exchange markets, stressing that such information or rumors surrounding the aim of achieving commercial gain emergency for some users at the expense of the public.

So now Iraq is transferring gold to support a value change against the USD and denying the previous lop articles ... I see this contradiction as a good sign that there is much disinformation. So we just wait and see. Everything negative that has gone on could very well be a smokescreen..hmmmm

I don't see where they are denying a lop. In fact if I read this correctly it contradicts itself a couple of times and I find it very confusing.

If gold was worth 1100 per ounce then 3 tons = 6000 lbs X 16 oz/lb = 96000 Oz X $1,100 = 105,600,000. This is a lot but not a Trillion. They have more at the world bank from sales during Chapter 7.

As far as Lopping the Iraqi Dinar, that has not been the plan. Gradual elimination of the larger notes has been the plan. Unlike Korea (communist country) Iraq has promised to its people a return to currency with the purchasing power of pre-war times. Remember, when the new currency was introduced, Iraqis lost all of their savings and purchasing power. It would only be fair to return the losses back to the people. Iraqis became poor overnight and they just may become wealthy overnight... sounds fair.

So you are correct, i had too many zero's ... The correct total is Gold with a value of 109Billion Dinar. The article further states $22Billion ... $<<<-- Symbol for USD

22 Billion USD X 1170 (Dinar value) = 25,740,000,000,000.00 (25.74 Trillion Dinar)

109 Billion Dinar in Gold

and and additional 25.74 Trillion Dinar based on 22Billion in USD

So to ad it all up

25.740 TRILLION + 109BILLION

25.849 TRILLION DINAR

That's a huge RESERVE!!!

3 tons is only about 87 million USD....is this significant enough for what we are looking for? well plus the 22 billion, that makes a huge difference...could be great news....we shall see....
