Folks... he is chasing out the best bank executive in Iraq that controls the majority of accounts for the various Ministries of Iraq. Billions of dollars!!! He already tried months ago to take the reserves away from the Central Bank to use for budget deficits and "other" expenditures and Sinan said absolutely not!
