Dinar Buddy
I gave heard the word "voucher", but feel we are not understanding the use or meaning. The US military and UST seem to want no Dinar to leave leave IRAQ. They don't want anyone to come back to the states and sell the Dinar. This collection of the Dinar or the use of the voucher is another method to control the market. Last, the voucher doesn't equal RV at this time. 429
There have been previous posts about the Dinar not being allowed to be exported by individuals including our military and contractor folks but I can't put my fingers on one right now so call it "tribal knowledge" (which is another way of saying rumor). It would seem logical then that those folks would be given a voucher for their money if they can't export it. The guru's all say that the vouchers are for a certain amount of dollors. But what if the vouchers are for x Dinar that could then be cashed in after an rv? We haven't seen one of these supposed vouchers yet so how would we know?
FRUSTRATED
I believe the whole thing about the vouchers is total BS from the PD BS SITE!!!!!!! The idea of issuing a pre RV voucher goes against everything the US has set up to control the dinar.. NO PICTURE PROOF OF VOUCHER = NO VOUCHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
