Scooter: I hope all is well and thank you for being here tonight!

Scooter: As we did last week, I am going to lay out some topics and links and then discuss several points related to that topic. At the end, I will take some questions and we’ll go from there.

Scooter: It’s a very exciting time for our mutual investment and tonight I would like to explain some of the reasons for that.

Scooter: With that said, let’s get started with tonight’s topics

Scooter: If you’ve never checked this organization out, you might want to explore their site as they were very visible at the recent G8 meetings. Wonder Why???? Hmmmmmmm.

Scooter: Now, to address the recent G8 and G20 meetings and what is occurring as a result from that meeting.

Scooter: WE NEED TO GO BACK IN HISTORY A BIT TO UNDERSTAND THIS ONE.

Scooter: First item I would like to address is one of the overall goals of the United States. When we first went into Afghanistan and Iraq, one of the main goals was to eliminate Terrorism and its breeding ground in MENA (Middle East and Northern Africa). The most compelling methods to do this is through trade and strong economic growth plans for the regions. With that said, the concept was to secure Iraq and Afghanistan and have those two countries become incredibly successful.

Scooter: In Iraq, we all know about the oil, natural gas, agricultural potential, etc… In Afghanistan, the US wasn’t certain until recently when the US Geologicals came back recently and found over $1.0 Trillion worth of Lithium. You have to understand, Afghanistan’s GDP is only $12 Billion. There first Lithium order was well worth over $1Billion and they haven’t even started the mining. By the way, every laptop and cell phone uses lithium for their batteries

Scooter: The concept was to make these two countries the beacons of success and as a result the domino effect would occur with Iran, Syria, Libya, Tunisia, Egypt, etc…

Scooter: Now, this strategy was documented in some of the early RAND strategies from the first Gulf War. It was a similar strategy that disabled the former Communist Regimes in Russia. Just last week, we’re starting to see this strategy unfold at the recent G8 and G20 conference. Below are some of the items:

Scooter: 1. Letter from Secretary Timothy Geitner and Hillarious Clinton on May 25th – here’s the beginning of the letter:

Scooter: Dear G-8 Colleagues,

As President Obama said on May 19, the courage of the people of the Middle East and North Africa has created an historic opportunity. This is a time for the region and the world to work together to support successful transitions toward democratic societies and more inclusive economies.

Scooter: I think you get the picture – The United States Industrial and Military Complex is an amazing team! I have to admit. It’s just stunning to watch this unfold, particularly when the ending was written twenty years ago…

Scooter: 2. Secondly, we see the G-8 Nations, Banks to give 40 Billion to Egypt and Tunisia – they call them the poster nations for Arab democracies

Scooter: 3. Egypt agrees to $3 Billion IMF Loan – Man does this Story sound familiar --- ha ha

Scooter: My point in this story, as it relates to Iraq is very simple!!!!!!

Scooter: IRAQ MUST BE SUCCESSFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scooter: IF IRAQ FAILS, THERE GOES THE WHOLE REGION AND WE ALL KNOW WE CAN’T TOLERATE THAT HAPPENING. AS A RESULT, WHAT NEEDS TO BE THE CADALYST BEHIND IRAQ’S SUCCESS – A COMPELLING ECONOMIC EXPLOSION CALLED THE REEVALUATION OF THE IRAQI DINAR.

Scooter: Again, truly amazing to watch this unfold from a story written twenty years ago – almost verbatim .

Scooter: So, we have a regional transformation – one of the many important keys to success is the improved living standards in Iraq.

Scooter: So why is June so compelling for our mutual investment?

Scooter: So glad you asked.

Scooter: 1. June 30th -- Full release of DFI Fund under UN control to United States Treasury

Scooter: I think we all know how this came down. The Presidential Order was signed on May 22nd to extend the Order of protection of those funds until further evaluation on June 30th, 2011. If the Iraqi’s didn’t play ball, the President would have released the Funds and the US courts would have “ILLIQUIDATED” Iraq instantly with a fat $100, 073, 000,000 Bill. After Zebari told Parliament this information, they had a change of heart and they played ball.

Scooter: The fund will be transferred and under the protection of the US Treasury and nobody will be able to touch those funds and Iraq will be allowed to grow and become more prosperously.

Scooter: Since the US pretty much controls the UN, IMF, IAU, etc… -- all other rules have fallen out of the way.

Scooter: 2. June 30th -- Iraq’s Banking Reform – Link to article: LINK

Scooter: I love this one because the banking reform is something that nobody is talking about and it happens in June. Here’s some excerpts:

Scooter: Restructuring of state-owned Iraqi banks to be completed in June 2011

Scooter: Posted on 2 Apr 2011

Scooter: The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) and the Ministry of Finance indicated that the restructuring of the balance sheets of the two largest state-owned banks, Rafidain Bank and Rasheed Bank, will be completed at the end of June 2011.

Scooter: The restructuring plan is being implemented by a Bank Reconciliation Unit (BRU), chaired by the CBI, with the participation at a technical level of staff from the CBI, the Ministry of Finance and other stakeholders. The BRU’s objectives are to deal with the legacy assets and liabilities of the previous regime to identify and propose to write-off non-performing loans to defunct state-owned enterprises to propose a course of action for other remaining un-reconciled accounts and to revalue the remaining foreign currency denominated balance sheet items.

Scooter: In parallel, the Finance Ministry said it will continue to modernize the two banks by moving ahead with the plans for their operational restructuring, so they can operate on a fully commercial basis and on market terms, and the government will refrain from directing any lending.

Scooter: It added that the decision to recapitalize Rafidain and Rasheed will not be made until the restructuring of their balance sheets has been completed and adequate progress has been made in their operational restructuring, especially by establishing an appropriate governance structure and strengthening risk management and control tasks.

Research, Research, Research!!

I will grab a bunch of Afgan currency as the 1 trillion dollar Lithium find is going to be mined eventually. Huge national resource for that country that is poor. It may take 3 to 7 years to pay off, but how hard will it be to wait once IQD RV :D:D:D

China is another story and will follow the intel of others after watching a while!

Thank you Scooter for sharing all of your work so graciously with those you don't even know. You are very kind.

I was having a devasting day regarding finances, and after reading your post, I took a deep breath, and feel very optimistic. Smile and let it come to you.

I am on a Mac and have never been able to easily view the Trifecta series. If there is a spot to read it or download, I would most grateful to know where it it.
