lizlemon78
I bought my dinar online, but I know a lot of folks here have bought from local banks that handle foreign currency (my bank doesn't, or else I'd find this answer out for myself). I'm wondering if anyone has attempted to or has been successful at exchanging IQD for USD at their current rate of .0086? I don't know why anyone would, but the safety net of this whole thing has always seemed to be that if it doesn't revalue, one can always exchange them back for USD, but I've yet to see anyone mention actually doing it, despite seeing a bunch of people claim to be leaving the investment and selling off their personal stash of IQD. But more and more as banks are claiming to not sell IQD, I assume that means they have no interest in buying any back from their customers. All the dinar trader sites discuss cash in post-RV, but has anyone tried to sell their dinar back to Dinar Trade or Safe Dinar? I'm guessing they probably don't. Jaxinjersey
Some banks that have sold dinars will also buy them back, but from the recent buzz... many banks are not dealing with dinar right now. In any case, please realize that you will not get the same rate as when you bought, but perhaps 70% - 80% of your money back due to the spread. Bank has to make money... on both ends, selling and buying. I suggest you also look into the Buying and Selling Forum here for further advice. Good luck. po'boy
GID Associates will give you $940/million. I would say the other major on-line dealers would buy back as well...
Jmcc
Yes, you can get rid of them with GID, but restrictions apply.
Dinar Guy
I bought my dinar online, but I know a lot of folks here have bought from local banks that handle foreign currency (my bank doesn't, or else I'd find this answer out for myself). All the dinar trader sites discuss cash in post-RV, but has anyone tried to sell their dinar back to Dinar Trade or Safe Dinar? I'm guessing they probably don't. I have tried to cash in some of what i have and what i have found is you will loose money..... i hate to say it and i am not talking bad about the dinar investment but from what i have found: you have to pay a % to buy and a % to sell and since the dinar has not moved much in years you will end out loosing out both the up-front % plus the cash in %.... It would seem that the banks and the dinar dealers are the only ones that make money right now.... If an RV happens witch we are all wating for even at a very low 8 - 10 cents then the %%s don't really matter. The bigger the better but as i said it does not look like a clean brake even our get out with profit until a rise or RV of the dinar. Face it buddy me you and everyone here are married to Dinars... so much so that if and when this RV happens my boat will be called Lady Dinar!
