Allawi: I will not accept to be a false witness to history and policy board rejected

i guess I'm a little ignorant here....can anyone make heads or tails of all the news coming out of Iraq these last couple of days? It's completely schizophrenic (no offense). What is going on with our buddies Maliki, Allawi, and the security minister appointment? It's like a middle school soap opera.

Then treat it all as commentary, with every third word missing.
