I know that this is indirectly related but that would explain why the auctions are so high just recently. They are running out of cash peeps. Every day they are using their cash like a commodity like saying "How much do we need to survive for today?" and that happens again the next day and so on just until they pull the trigger JMHO though

It seems to me a long while back, maybe late 2010 or right at the first of the year, there was an article posted about ministries and other institutions making financial transactions and not following proper channels for doing so. it was causing the CBI a lot of grief trying to account for all the money. I'm not sure if the action taken above is a direct result of that or whether this is something different.

Is this possibly a re- release of info to coincide with the period of time they were trying to regulate 10k transactions, to the time it was increased to 50k, and the resulting small auction totals?

I think we saw something like this released around the 12 th of May?
