cdenjen
my understanding is the DT will prioritize their customers but that doesn't mean they won't allow you to cash in. it just might take longer.
tucson
Ali's procedures do not seem to require a receipt to prove where you got your dinars [i understand that if you purchase from him you will be on his Master List and they will look you up there]. However, if you exchange your dinar through DinarTrade outlets and you didn't purchase from DinarTrade you might want to have your receipts with you, just in case. Also, if you travel with the dinar, receipts prove you are the rightful owner of the dinar you are carrying, should the Dept of Transportation feel they need to search you for some reason.
