Baghdad / NINA/- Iraqiya slate invited , the Kuwaiti parliament to "deal positively with the file of the debts and to relieve Iraq of Chapter VII."

In a statement issued by IS the spokesman of Iraqiya Haidar al-Mulla told a news conference held on Wednesday "The Kuwaiti regime continues hindering efforts that lead to understandings situation moreover to exonerate Iraq from Chapter VII UN sanctions without any sense of justification.

The statement added: "The Iraqis have long seriously sought to turn the page on painful past and restoring a constructive positive relations, with the countries of the world, particularly the neighboring countries, but the responds we have received from some countries were very negative and reflect a hostile spirit toward the Iraqi people

Mulla pointed out that: "Nothing new to say that the Kuwaiti adopt intentionally this attitude . Despite the pursuit of the Iraqis to understand the suffers of the Kuwaiti people engendered from the impact of the decision to invade Kuwait taken by the former regime on its own without consulting the Iraqi people.

The honorable attitude of Iraqi people has not been appreciated by the Kuwaiti regime which has continued to deal with Iraq and its people, as if Saddam is still on the head of power, so Kuwait pursuing to strangle Iraq's sea coast .

The statement stressed that nations of the world dropped a great proportion of debts. On Iraq as the members of Paris club but the Kuwaiti government alone refused to deal positively with this file, and insist to harm the Iraqi people by the continued prosecution of territory, Iraqi waters that have been arranged according to unfair agreements Iraq was not timely controlling its sovereign decision

The statement ended by saying: "This is an invitation to the wise men in Kuwait's parliament to take into consideration this issue./ End
