Despite the pursuit of the Iraqis to understand the suffers of the Kuwaiti people engendered from the impact of the decision to invade Kuwait taken by the former regime on its own without consulting the Iraqi people. The honorable attitude of Iraqi people has not been appreciated by the Kuwaiti regime which has continued to deal with Iraq and its people, as if Saddam is still on the head of power, so Kuwait pursuing to strangle Iraq's sea coast . The statement stressed that nations of the world dropped a great proportion of debts.
