are you talking about an account specifially dealing with EFT (your Warka acct) or your regular US savings/checking acct?

I don't think Chase would halt any US operations for an RV (but Warka would...)

My bank, Flagstar Bank, will be closed for "updating systems" from 2/12/10 starting at 9p.m. through 2/15/10, reopening on 2/16/10. Of course, Presidents Day is the 15th, but that is two additional days that they will be closed. Interesting and remaining hopeful that they are expecting a rush of millionaires!! LOL

chase have nothing to do with iraqi bank only citibank has working with wakarbank that i have been told by staff of wakar employee..in balad iraq they talk later maybe a year or some the dinar will over most wold currency ...

There would be no implication to the IQD with these normal maintenance operations to my mind. They normally do them at odd hours which would mean that period you cite.
