I had that lower gut feeling last nite also, walking around with a smile on my face. Then about 10:00 i relized ,i had eaten 3 hard boiled eggs , cottage cheese and pineapple for dinner.Got up this morn took a good dump and WALA the feelings gone.Got to love how the brain works on you.
