I just got the 60 day forclosure notice on my door this morning. My wife is a teacher in Nevada with no job next school year due to budget cuts, and my restaurant is closing within the next few months. Thanks for the help with the economy Harry! I'll take $.86 to the bank anytime. Can't retire on that but can have a new debt free life with lots to play with for a couple of years.
