D-BUNK
I'm just curious as to who is still picking up Dinar and if you are, what is your motivation? I personally have invested and went back to the well once. I have no plans on buying anything else- I'm just watching and waiting AND enjoying the entertainment of pumpers and egotists. Are people buying on a regular basis (like weekly/monthly)? Are people saving up to purchase before big windows like early to mid June? Are you turning your relatives onto this investment still? I just can't imagine people are still buying.

JRichards
I am curious why you think people would not still be buying? I bought a certain amount each month until I reached my goal and then stopped. I am sure most people have an amount in mind as long as they can afford that amount. So the longer it takes to RV the more time they have to reach their goal.
gbosh
Still buying. Haven't reached my goal. In fact, I'm planning to buy more today! gbosh
inheritance
I have made fairly decent purchases one time a year since the beginning. If January 2012 reaches us with no RV I will make another.

Because based on facts, i know RV will happen. Just a matter of time.

Darin
I had an ideal goal to reach and I reached it. Now, if I was to buy anymore, it would only be through a channel where the mark-up was not high. Basically standard currency exchange kiosks would likely give a reasonable rate. Currency dealers have a higher mark-up. Basically, for a ROI to happen, it would take many years to see a ROI based upon the idea of a slow rise in value. One of the main reasons I intend to avoid purchasing anymore... We are limited even more on where we can purchase from. Not to mention, if the ever so-called *LOP* occurs with no RV to follow.. Technically, I lost money based upon the mark-up from purchase and the under-cut value purchase I would receive upon selling back. (Unless banks become willing to work with IQD again). But, I believe some people will continue to purchase just as some people continue to spend their money on other lottery-like outlets such as powerballs, scratch offs, or casino trips. 2
Annastasia
I still purchase them here in Kuwait with the money exchangers.
Markinsa
I had X Dollars sitting in a 401K Account for 10+ years, now I have X-y Dollars sitting in my 401K Account. Yesterday, I decided that X-y-z would be better invested in Iraq Dinar than waiting for y to increase... I have a much better chance of my investment going up, instead of going down. DeadGuy
I am considering getting just a bit more if I can get a good rate. I think we will at MINIMUM make 3 times our investment and there's not many things you can buy and get triple (OR MORE) back. So, I might add a bit more. I'm not heavily invested like I bet the farm on this. I just bought late last year so I haven't had the extreme anxiety some people have went through. Plus. I honestly think this is getting close to the end. buds
hozer
Na I wont be buying anymore. I have $500,000 of the dinar money. I feel thats good enough for me. Hell .... I would be happy if the RV was $0.25 Thats $125.000 bux. Not bad for a small investment works for me

phazedoubt
i've only been in for two weeks, but i bought in big. i received a tip from a trusted friend and did a little bit of homework and decided to jump in feet first. i didn't put more than i could afford to loose, but i wasn't exactly conservative either. The "date" he gave me came and went and then i discovered sites like DV. i commend every one of you because i don't know if i could have ridden the dragon for so many years! It does seem that while my friend was wrong with his date it does seem to be coming to some sort of head. i probably won't buy anymore until we find out what is going to happen with an RV/RD/RI/LOP/... Then i may convert 1/4 of my holdings into cash and sit on the rest as a mid term investment.

D-BUNK
I bought 500,000 to start. Then dipped in again for another 250,000. Every now and again, I get a nagging urge to round it up to a cool million but then I read a post from Oakie...

firefighter_218546
I am not buying but I do know of some people who are still buying because they have a few extra dollars sitting around every month.. They both said that they will quit when they reach their goal. I am sure there are a lot of reasons for purchasing, kind of like my last purchase I made so it would cover a big chunk of my taxes. Please don't purchase anymore than you can loose.. Please don't purchase because of what you have read in these forums or from any pushers..... Now something to think about when we stop buying dinar and Iraq's dinar sales goes way down maybe it will RV... Go Rv God Bless America
MK1964
I wasted too. I started with 100.000 IQD because my friend told me that is probably very good investment. But i'm curious and tried to know more about IQD. Then i found DV forum and then from months to months i bought 3 mil.IQD. I'm pretty sure RV is very close and it will be very good rate. That my atitude and don't want to change.
