I remember it.

I was a Rick Monday fan back when he played with the Oakland A's (along with Jim "Catfish" Hunter, Sal Bando, Bert "Campy" Campaneris, Vida Blue, Reggie Jackson, Rollie Fingers, Gene Tennis, Danny Cater, Johnny "Blue Moon" Odum, Dave Duncan, Joe Rudy, Tony La Russa). Anybody remember these guys?

Life was a lot different back then. America was America, not the unfortunate place it has DE-volved to. . .

Has nothing to do with dinar but that was great to see again. Unfortunately, those days are long gone. Not too many players today would do what Monday did for fear of injury and losing their multi million dollar contract.
