I have said over and over again the the security ministry positions are key for us to see the RV. Many have quoted Shabibi himself that the GOI won’t effect what CBI does as a rebuttle to my stance. However, the IMF and others don’t feel the same. A release from the IMF themselves clearly states that this is a significant risk factor for the success of Iraq. I would encourage you all to read the following article to gain better insight into how the IMF views Iraq. Pay close attention to the bottom 2 parts of this article. I’m still hopeful for this week as I am hearing that the plan was to seat the final ministers today or tomorrow. Time will tell. Go Big or Go Home, Go RV.

I agree 100%........we NEED the GOI complete!

Many gurus (Frank26 for one) from day one stated they "know" the GOI needs to be complete & then down the line they change their mind & decide their "intel" has come to the conclusion the GOI does not need to be in place.

I have felt from day one the GOI being complete is one of the factors for why the rv has not happened......& I still do!

After claims like "Shabbi goes to Switzerland" and "Shabbi gets emotional at an Iraqi bankers meeting" it looks as though Longfellow has decided to dial it back a little this morning. It is probably because he noticed the number of views to his post here yesterday plummeted to just 1,100 after 6,000 views the day before !

The seating of the ministers has been an ongoing issue for several months and your sources are telling you it will happen this week? Are you sure about that?? So far,these clowns couldn't seat themselves at a restaurant.
