.....to call for english speakers??? I have sent seven emails to five different individuals so about 35 messages total, trying to get access to my online account. Can not get any reply in over a month when they told me how many dinars and dollars of mine are sitting in Iraq. I sure hope they don't end up sitting there permanantly. :-)

If I remember correctly, there is a holy holiday in Iraq right now - maybe these people are out of the office?

I also experienced elongated delays between emails - they don't seem to have the same urgency over there...

Looking back in my email history, it took 3 days for Mr Issa to respond to my first request, then 5 days before customer accounts got moving and another 5 days to get online access - a total of 12 days from start to finish.
