There are over 350 reading the post right now... said it was on TV, and "boots on the ground" confirmed in initial post. Head mod also said "yes, its true"

I sometimes receive "intel" from someone who knows someone (ever heard that before?) But I never share, because it has been WRONG before, and I see no point. But, I will share a piece of it, that hopefully will be good news to help with the original post. #4 says...

4. The smart cards that we have heard so much about for many months are loaded at the new RV rate and have been issued to the citizens of Iraq. Our intel says these cards are scheduled to be activated on Friday for spending by the public. Unless there is a last minute change, that tells me that the RV must be released before tomorrow. We shall see.
