For those that dont know, these "Ration Cards" can only be used at Iraqi government approved food distribution centers. They cannot be used buy food in regular markets and also cannot be used to buy any other types of goods. I used to think these cards were a positive sign towards some type of RV, but now see them as irrelevant to it...
