circulated or uncirculated

Does anyone know if it really matters if notes are "circulated" or "uncirculated"? Circulated notes seem to be a bit cheaper to purchase. Seems to me it should make no difference unless you're a collector and want the notes in pristine condition.

Just like the US dollar, a new $100 bill is worth $100, and a used $100 is worth $100. Its the same with our Dinar, as long as they are legit bills.

Dinar dealers make a distinction when purchasing circulated vs. uncirculated. More is paid for uncirculated. Otherwise, upon cash in....no difference as long as the circulated is in reasonalbe shape. A couple of years ago, I remember a post about dinar with printing on the bill and the CBI would not take the bills. In the past, I have sent slightly marked bills to WARKA Bank as a deposit without a problem. (Option not available now).
