I would love for this to be true ... two days and RV ... woohoo! ... at this point I don't much care what the rate is 'cause it will be more than I paid for the pretty pieces of paper. If I think about this too much though I will not be able to sleep tonight. I'll sit up trying to read and eating chips all night and want to kick myself in the morning for blowing the diet and and the sleep pattern.

Maybe now would be a good time to learn how to drink. I keep threatening to do it, even have a variet of bottles of pretty shapes and colours ... well, I figured the paper I bought that was driving me to drink was pretty colours and pictures, why not the booze I may need to maintain a modicum of sanity, inebriated sanity but sanity of a sort in any event.

That is correct. The CBI rate quoted on PTR was $6.19. The bank rate was quoted as $5.27

Hard to believe, but we will see tomorrow when the computers at the banks update exactly what those rates mean.

Just got a call from a friend. They follow very close with another person. They received a call while on a cc. said they were with a call at the bank and the ping? sounded and the RV happened at 6.18. Hope this is real. They are to call back and confirm.

just got off the phone with the VP of Ft Hood National Bank. We have been meeting and preparing for this.

She told me she is going to make calls to find out; and will call me right back.

This is the bank where I buy my dinar. I have a source that will call me when it RV's! I am a car dealer and she needs one desperately and upon that call, she will have a new ride. I received no call or she is going home on foot!!,!

I think it was once said the IQD might be pegged to the EURO, and if the rate for USD was in fact $6.17 USD to 1 IQD, then it would be 4.38 EUROS to 1 IQD.
