The dinar investment, lol what a ride. I have really grown through this. I have really developed patients. I have relized how many people are struggling with finances and life. I tell you the truth when I say I am praying for everyone. If you want it or not, we need it. I have realized that we are not supposed to live like this. I am focused on money, bills, car payment, morgage, gas prices, my job, economy, federal goverment sticking it to us, the list goes on and on. I guess I am letting everyone know that if this investment pays off, I am checking out. I am going off the grid. I wish everyone the best . I know I am stepping out on a limb, probably get bashed, don't care :tiphat:

My question is how can you go off the grid if you use the money to create a business & you have to deal with the gov't. Also if you're a US citizen you can only live outside of US for 6 mos a year, right? You have to come back here if you go out of the country. So how can you completely go off the grid??? Anyone???? Ideas???? Thanks. Blessings to all.

There are No Time Limit for Living Offshore

Your citizenship will not get revoked no matter how long you live outside the country. If you are a natural born U.S. citizen you cannot lose your citizenship unless you act in a way that can be clearly interpreted as a renunciation of citizenship. Some examples could include serving in a foreign military or applying for citizenship in a foreign country where you have to take an oath renouncing allegiance to any other country. But simply LIVING in another country would not count as a renunciation of your U.S. citizenship. I'm including a source that describes what are called "expatriating acts" (acts considered to be renunciation of US citizenship) in more detail.

If you are planning to live abroad, you should also take advantage of our "Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP)". Enrolling at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate (in the country you are living in) makes your whereabouts known, in the event of an emergency. During any kind of emergency, American consular officers will be able to reach you...if we know where you are.
