karma Posted February 2, 2010 Report Share Posted February 2, 2010 you will need: 1 and 1/2 cups [ap] flour3 Tbs cocoapinch a salt1/2 ts baking soda1 cup sugar or little less if prefer throw in med. size bowl all together then add wet ingred.6Tbs oil1 1/2 Tbs viniger any kind white is common2 ts vanilla1 cup cold waterMix till combined don't just keep stirringplace in 8 by 8 / or 9 by 9 [ either will do]in oven @ 325 for about 20 /25 min . thats allDon't get upset if cracks in the middle that is common. Frosting is simple glaze 1 1/2 cups powder sugar- - 1 ts van.- - about 2/3 tbs of milk mix and pour over hot cake . let set about 10 min serve with strawberrys is good Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
