Ri or RV

RI will be too high, Iraq wants to get most of us out early. Then you will see the rate go up. So I think a RV is what is going to happen

Of course I would like an RI at $3.22, but an RV in the $2.00 to $3.00 range would be excellent!

both make sense. With iraq wanting to be a full member of the GCC they need a high rate around what they used to be in the 3+ range. Rv makes sense too, rv lower and let all the economic mechanisims start producing for iraq and then raise higher. The ECC with regulate the rate for a year either way they go to ad some stability. My gut still says rv at 1.50 or so

Sly, I agree with you. It only makes sense for tem to come in low. I know people who would cash in some at a dime. so I think it will come in cheap, some will cash out, then it will rise slowly like the Feds do here with the prime rate.. move slow and collect what you can with each bump.. JMO 11
