Posted February 1, 2010 Report Share Posted February 1, 2010 2 quarts fresh strawberries, cappe & halved1 3oz box strawberry jello1 cup sugar4tbsp cornstarch1 cup water Over med heat: mix dry ingredients, then ad water slowly. Cook on med heat for about ten min, stirring consistently. (won't get real thick, but a little) Pour into baked pie shell. Refrigerate for about 4-5 hrs. Serve cold with whipped cream!
