Foget wasting your money on buying gold or silver, they may be pretty, but, they don't feed the kitty. The best investment in the world is good ariable land. populations are soaring , so as the population goes so does the needs for the basic essentials in life, food and clothing. Now is the time to spend all and any any available cash you may have on commodity producing land. Ask yourselves, what is more important to millions of people. a full belly and warm clothes, or a pretty bracelet or ring? Do not put the cart in front of the ox. hungry people do not give a rats hind end about gold, silver, or oil. Only a fat and happy person will waste their money on geegaws, play pretties, and shiney trinkets. And yes, this is one of the best and most true pieces of advice and info you will ever recieve, and please remember, there are absolutely no undiscovered reserves of land that that will or can make the basic necessities ever get any cheaper.

I totally agree with this statement but my concern is that the government would raise the taxes on the land. If you can't pay the taxes, they can just take your land

One of the really nice things about land is YOU CAN GROW FOOD ON IT! If it has a well YOU CAN GET YOUR OWN WATER! You can set up SOLAR PANELS or WINDMILLS and GENERATE YOU OWN POWER!!! AND they aren't making any more of it!

Yes you are spot on with that, even when you posses the deed / it's paid off you think you own it? YOU DON'T!!! Get behind on any tax your want to name, and if you can't settle up with the controllers buy the ultamite deadline your given see how fast your are escorted off what you thought was yours. Something that's truly yours cant be taken away! You have a piece of paper that says what it's yours? A piece of paper kinda like all fiat currency including USD. :lol:
