Dogmatic1
Effective date is, March of 2010, not 2011.
money4you101
It is from 2010...it hasn't changed since then although some others updated effective Mar 1, 2011. Basically it means nothing as it could still RV overnight for all we know and then be changed at the UN.

Nitrobuzz
OK, sorry guy's! saw 2011 at the top and assumed the posting of rates to be current.
HeavyDuty
Ladies and Gentleman...Let me explain. The operational exchange rates have a posting date and an effective date. They will be posted and effective AFTER the rate exchange has already taken place. So in effect you will be getting information on the UN site that has already taken place. Why? Because if they posted the rates and then the exchange took place afterwards, thousands of investors would simply go to the site, see which curriencies were going down or up and buy or sell accordingly. It would amount to insider trading and people would make millions. So, sit back and enjoy the ride. That's all you can do. PLEASE, SOMEONE TELL ME I'M SEEING THIS WRONG! https://treasury.un.org/operationalrates/OperationalRates.aspx This is like the 3rd post of this.....doesn't anyone pay attention to details? 2010 is clearly right next to the rate people. Personally, if it is important enough to post, how about take 30 seconds to examine details so that you don't get a million people in a ruckus.
