babyorca Posted February 22, 2011 Report Share Posted February 22, 2011 (edited) Finance Minister Rafie al-Issawi said the ration card will have primacy in the current year budget approved by the Iraqi Council of Representatives. “ Issawi, said in a press statement that the ministry will start the launch of the ration card allocations immediately, have been allocated 300 billion dinars to the Ministry of Commerce, and 137 billion dinars to support the social welfare network, and was allocated 150 billion dinars to support agriculture in the country.
