Where is all the news????

Many a time I get asked where is the news, and is so-n-so credible. When i first came to DV I asked the same thing then some more experienced people started directing me to actual news sites, and encouraged me to look for news. WHAT how dare they I was here for news, but I did and for it I am glad, I have learned so much about Iraq and the mid east for it. Do I understand everything NO but I know where to go to confirm news. the following are some links that were given to me for news, I know there are more and maybe some people can add to the list.
