Iraq is not yet in this category of operation; sadly their in a league of their own still. LOL

This article primarily is directed at China and other fast growing economies like perhaps India, Vietnam, etc...

Perhaps one day, when they finally get their act together, such discussions will include Iraq as well (hopefully as a strategic ally; and not an undervalued under-achiever that is contributing to the global financial chaos)... One can only hope!
