Heavyduty053
Thursday is when the GCC meets and will accept or deny Iraq to join the Big boys in playing on the world stage of import-export business. They have already been told they must have a tradeable valued currency for this to happen because this is where the stock markets comes into play here. They have containers of everything imagineable just sitting on the docks waiting because of Maliki's promises that all would be done already. These imports are waiting for word of payment before being opened. GE and several others waiting for word to go in and set up Big generators in different parts of the country so the Electrical grid can stay on line for all the citizens. GE clean water systems will come into play also. France waiting to build infrastructure, Jordan, US all waiting. IF maliki is the holdup, he better get his head out of the sand before the citizens burn him at the stake. They are getting more angry by the hour. Countdown till Thursday so see what they do. They obviously from the past months could care less about timelines. I wouldnt expect this to be done by Thursday, but I'm not here to convince anyone otherwise. It may just be a meeting, to schedule a meeting, about the upcoming meeting, that comes after the holidays. They are getting more angry by the hour So true, suffice to say I would imagine things begin to fast track despite what all the new's is reporting. Things are warming up here for the final act. Just curious to where you are getting your info from? Can you yourself even verify any of the mentioned info? We have read all the rumors, that have been stated as "fact", only to be proven otherwise. We also have seen that Iraq supposedly meets the GCC on Thursday the 17th...according to you & many others, yet according to the GCC website (below), it only shows the meeting that took place yesterday, while Maliki was in Kuwait. Is there a recent articles that says different, as far as their GCC meeting? Not trying to disagree with you....just wondering if all this info is coming from these gurus that claim they are in the know, but prove they are in the know far less than the ones who are reading actual articles...that are false usually as well. http://www.complinet.com/gatherings/gcc/summit/2011/ Dan
dinarmamma
Is everyone talking about the GCC Regulators' Summit? Because that's on the 16th of Feb (tomorrow) In Abu Dhabi. Just asking because that's the only thing they're showing coming up.

Either way, it sounds like Maliki will be in Kuwait tomorrow, instead of the summit.

So how many of you bought more dinars because this was to be the main thing that was to make the RV happen? 1

dinarmamma
Not me Tom777, they didn't get me with that one but it would have been a good reason. Then again keeping an entire country from revolt you would think was a good reason too, but I doubt if that will be good enough for them to do it either.

If that is the case, window is between late Wed & Thurs morning ME Time.
