Polecat85
I don't scare easily. Now I'm scared. This quote from the article makes sense. “Sentimentality aside, it’s the right thing to do if the merger can reward shareholders with improved exposure to the options and derivatives market internationally.” Its just a merger. Carrello
Not so good. What else? http://www.businessweek.com/news/2011-02-15/deutsche-boerse-9-53-billion-nyse-buy-may-spur-deals.html IF, IF, there is a higher side to this, it is that the NYSE has been becoming less and less relevant. Customers are trading on their own and the old style of conferring with your trader and having them do the trade, are something that is slipping away. The Internet has changed many things, and the stock exchanges are one of them. If you go to Forex, they will provide a training program that teaches you how to trade foreign currencies, and then allows you to trade via a faux system. Then you can go live after your training. They even have online support. This ain't Kansas anymore Todo.
