Please look at the Publising Date Feb 25, it sais Effective Date Mar 1 - 2010

I know it could be a mis print but look at the Operational Rate, Look for Iraq (IOD) and what do the effective Date said? yes Mar 1 - 2010

I am not sure I understand your question...the rate posted IS the actual IQD rate. 1170.00 per USD.

Why would they not have this rate listed if it is the current IQD rate?

I could be wrong but the way I read it was that 1 March 2010 was the last time a rate change went into effect or something like that. If changes made on 25 Feb 2011 go into effect on 1 March 2011 I would look at it again after next Friday. Again I could be totally off base here but this is how I read it.

Probably a simple type-o, but..... We seem to see lots of weird tiny mistakes when following this closely.

You would think places would keep their info accurate & up to date.
