Taking them out of circulation, and replacing them with smaller notes is another way of lopping the notes. The Iraqi dinar will have to be removed one finger at a time from my dead body, if Iraq has an idea of scaring me into cashing in early, so they don't have to pay a decent going rate! Think again Shabbs, because that propaganda is not going to work! lol
