(صوت العراق) - (Voice of Iraq) - iraq92_thumb_medium254_172.jpg طافت شوارع مدن رئيسة عديدة في العراق امس الأربعاء، تظاهرات احتجاج طالبت بتوفير مفردات البطاقة التموينية وتأمين الخدمات الاساسية، فضلا عن اتخاذ اجراءات حقيقية رادعة لكبح الفساد المستشري في الدوائر الحكومية. Walked around the streets of many major cities in Iraq on Wednesday, protest demonstrations demanding the provision of the ration card items and provide basic services, as well as a real deterrent measures to curb the rampant corruption in government circles. فقد تظاهر العشرات من المواطنين في ميسان أمام مبنى المحافظة مطالبين الحكومة الاتحادية بتحسين مفردات البطاقة التموينية، فيما دعت نقابة محامي المحافظة إلى تنظيم اعتصام أمام محكمة الاستئناف احتجاجا على الفساد الإداري في الدوائر الحكومية. The dozens of citizens protested in front of the Maysan province, demanding the federal government to improve the ration card items, called upon the Bar of the province to organize a sit-in protest in front of the Court of Appeal on administrative corruption in government circles. وقال أحد المتظاهرين إن «التظاهرة جاءت للمطالبة بتحسين مفردات البطاقة التموينية، التي لم تصلنا منها سوى مادتين أو ثلاث منها منذ أكثر من سنة». One of the demonstrators said that «the demonstration was to demand better vocabulary ration card, which did not come to us with only two or three of them over a year ago». فيما قال متظاهر آخر ان «الكثير من الأسر في ميسان غير قادرة على مواجهة غلاء الأسعار والشراء من الأسواق المحلية، لذلك يطالبون بتحسين مفردات البطاقة التموينية وإضافة مواد جديدة عليها». The protesters said last that «a lot of families in Missan unable to cope with high prices and buy from local markets, so demanding the improvement of the ration card items and add new material by». واستقبل محافظ ميسان علي دواي في مكتبه وفداً من المتظاهرين وتسلم مطالبهم بغية توصيلها إلى الحكومة المركزية، واعدا بأن يتابع تلك المطالب بنفسه. Mohammed said that «the protesters handed over members of the municipal council a statement containing several demands, including coverage of city construction projects and the percentage of the amounts deducted for taxes by a factor of plaster, sand and allocated to reconstruction projects in Pedra». وفي السياق ذاته، تظاهر المئات من مواطني محافظة بابل مطالبين بحل مجلس المحافظة والمجالس المحلية في الاقضية والنواحي بسبب سوء الخدمات. In the same context, Hundreds of citizens of Babil province, demanding a solution to the provincial council and local councils in districts and areas because of poor services. واكد المتظاهرون الذين تجمعوا امام مبنى المجلس ضرورة اجراء انتخابات سريعة لمجلس المحافظة والمجالس المحلية التي اخفقت في تقديم الخدمات للمواطنين والنهوض بواقع المحافظة العمراني والانساني. He said the demonstrators who gathered outside the Council building, the need to hold quick elections for the provincial council and local councils which failed to provide services to citizens and the advancement of the architectural conservation and humanitarian. وجاء في بيان اصدره المتظاهرون «ان انشغال اعضاء مجلس المحافظة بمصالحهم الشخصية والفئوية والصراعات السياسية حالت دون بذلهم ما يلزم من جهود للنهوض بواقع المحافظة الخدمي والانساني". واثنى البيان على الدعوات التي اطلقها بعض اعضاء مجلس المحافظة مؤخرا لحل المجلس، مؤكدين ضرورة تكاتف ابناء المحافظة لتفعيل هذه الدعوة والضغط باتجاه اجراء انتخابات جديدة كون غالبية اعضاء مجلس المحافظة والمجالس المحلية اخلوا بتعهداتهم وبرامجهم الانتخابية.
