I,m lived in North Derbyshire, but originally from Manchester and now reside in Bangkok.I,ve only recently invested in the Dinar after one of our American friends told me about it.Had to get my father to purchase them back in the UK.Only hope he's

keeping them in a safe place! Not one for buying into speculation but this investment seems like it could become reality.

Its the first I've noticed this thread..... I'm up on Scotland not a brit though, I'm Irish. There's a few more up here bettyboop is one she hasn't been around much lately she planning her wedding.

For cashin ..... I'll just be looking for the best rate, I'm not too bothered who gives it to me. Planning on going OSI so that will probably change any plans I've previously made

Congrats on that whole Baby Cambridge thing. :tiphat:

And for those of you who ARE Sovereign and do not allow yourselves to be ruled by one,

Congrats on a lovely fellow British gal giving birth to another wee Brit.  :)

Cheers!

We are not ruled by one, we had a civil war parliament forces one

you can still but from DinarUK there a sister company of dinar trade, I've bought from them, no problems at all.

I've had mixed comments on the tax liabilities from HMRC.

One guy I talked to said that it could be considered as exempt from capital gains (see link below) if you state you bought the currency planning to travel to Iraq but never did.

http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/cgt/intro/when-to-pay.htm#1

the second person I talked to said it would be liable for capital gains @ 18%

(http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/rates/cgt.htm it's about half way down the page)

either way I think We'll come out a lot better than the other Vets on the far side of the pond.

If you want to do even better your gonna have to go OSI, you can do it on your own or go with Adams program.

I was thinking of doing it on my own but the more I think about it, Adam's OSI program has much more to offer re future investments and expert advise.

either way it's up to you.

Hi,

I am from Wiltshire, yes sorry another southerner. I would like to go to B, but I am covering all options at the moment.

Bought mine in 2010 in Kuwait.

Also spent a lot of time in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Hi All,

There's more of us than I thought ! I'm form East Anglia/Midlands, but currently live in Germany. I bought my Dinar late 2004, and it's stayed in a shoe box ever since.

My opinion on date and rate ?? I don't think anybody is more wiser than the next, but hope that one day I can make a few quid.

Anyway that's me,

Pilchard

Yes mate, I have worked in Iraq and Afghanistan. A couple of months ago my contract finished in Kuwait. So if there is any work for a Heavy Equipment Transporter or a Recovery Specialist in the contracting world out there please let me know.
