In contrast, authorized officials in local government that they do not have alternatives to redeem them from their crisis, and justify resorting to widespread unemployment garbage! Nasr City district of victory or one of dozens of settlements that formed around Baghdad since 2003. He says the governor Salah Abdul Razak "Those people picking up garbage to the lack of employment opportunities," adding that "These slums are illegal, so do not provide maintenance services such as education and medical care, security, electricity, sewage and clean water, under such circumstances can become a neighborhood haven for criminals and thieves and terrorists, kidnappers, but we can not deport them because there are no alternatives.
