Why can't these rumors be more realistic? $3.32...really?

If you said .10 or .25...possibly even .35....it'd be within the believable realm...these 3.32 upwards of $8 RV's are really out of the question bordering on ridiculous.

I'm not flaming or bashing. I'm just trying to bring a realistic perspective to the conversation.

It would also maybe more realistic to believe if these rates were consistent.. Which they are NOT!

.35, 3.22, 3.32, and so forth.... Come on now, each country gets to alter their rate of exchange? Ya, that wouldn't call for people to trade elsewhere for higher rates.

Would it matter if there was a rate on the Central Bank of BFE. All of these banks are in other countries, of which no one here is cashing in. If a RV occurred in other countries, they are only going to allow their citizens to cash in, so finding rates in Syria, Jordan or some other BFE place is pretty well pointless. If you find a rate on Forex, CBI, BofA or 5th 3rd then please share.
